If your, at Butch Sailing booked trip cannot take place because one of the situations as mentioned in our additional cancellation policy applies to your situation at the check-in date you have reserved, the amount paid by you and received by us in our bank account with regard to the (down) payment of the rent of the yacht and any additional costs is fully refunded to the account of the booker*.
